My grandmother lives near Baikal in Russia that's why I haven't seen her for 6 years.
In childhood i lived there aswel but with parents we went to Lithuania. My dad is Lithuanian and my mother is Russian.I really want to visit my grandmother because she is there alone
and Lithuanian goverment doesn't let her to live with us because her income is too small. I think it is nonsense that my mother can't bring her mother to herself but we can't do anything.
The journey is very expensive and my parents wouldn't give me that much money for sure.

Husband lost job two years before he could retire, now he is very sick, we lost all our investments in the stock market crash. We do not have enough money to pay basic bills each month and have very little food. My son how is disabled but not on SS gets 200.00 a month in food stamps and that is what we three eat on. We all have lost too much wt. We do not want a hand out but have some stuff we would like to sell. We have a 1971 Red Socks baseball signed by the whole team that is worth a lot of money. We need to sell it to catch up our bills and pay a lawyer to file bankrupcy. The ball is worth enough to pay our bill if we could find a buyer to pay what it is worth at this time, after the ball players all pass away the ball will be worth a forturne, a good investment for someone. We had hoped to hold on to it to get money for our sons future after we are gone but like so many people we need help. We have tried to make it for two years now but it is taking a great toll on us. I had a job house keeping that put some food on the table but got sick and lost the job. Now I have health problems alone with my husband. No one will hire my son because he has a speech problem. He is health, stong, drug free and a kind wonderful person, my heart breaks that we have become unable to care for him, the goverment turned him down for social securty. We just don't know were to turn for help. We grew up poor, worked hard, made money and helped out a lot of people who needed help, now we need it and no one will help us. So many people need help I feel bad asking for help but when we get back on our feet we will help those in need like we did before. The last thing we were able to do was send three kids in the band with our daughter on a trip the band took to Fla. Three boys parents could not afford to send there boys so we paid for the trip for them and gave them spending money. We knew what it was like to not have money when we were in high school. But we did not have help so we wanted to help as many kids as we could. That was one of many things we did to pay back for God helping us to get in a better finincal position. Now if we could see the ball we could get back on our feet and feel some pride again, it is bad to be a senior citizen and be broke. We also have our kids toys in excellant condition for the 80ties. Barbies, transformers, comic books, all in excellent condition. They took care of their toys and my sons stuff in like new.
